Classes

I offer two programs for different class times daily. Each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. Program 1 is called LIFESTYLE which is for the general fitness enthusiast. This program covers all body parts with light weight resistance, body weight resistance, and various band work. It’s designed to lower body fat while preserving lean muscle mass. Program 2 is called Performance which is specifically programmed for the people who want to take their training to a whole new level. It’s advanced but is shaped for anybody, with a good fitness base, to seek results they’ve never achieved before.
